My Basketball Player!!

Wyatt is the 2nd tallest player on the team. As you can tell by the picture he is not a short boy. He loves playing. Wyatt was given a basketball for his birthday in November and we let him sleep with it for the first couple of days but then we had to sneak it out of his room. That is how much that boy loves to play. Good job Wyatt!!

My Father's 60th Birthday Party at Maddox!

Last night we had a wonderful dinner as adults to celebrate my Fathers birthday. We all had the opportunity to toast my dad (yes there was actually no roasting amazing isn't). All of those attending were: Of course my Mom and Dad, Grandma Belle, my Uncle Don and Aunt Larene, Eli and Stacy, Jeff and Lyndi, Alicia and Hans, of course Myself and Shawn, Lindsay and Daniel, plus my Aunts and Uncles. He also had his best friend from his school days you could basically call them brother, Byron Martinez. I am thankful for my Dad and the way he has raised me.

I Love You Dad!

A New Year!

Yes, I know that it is now a new year and I have not done any blogging. I am trying some new changes in my family. With my church calling, the kids activities, the gym and just family time, I am trying to spend alote more time with the family then so much time doing the others. The kids are doing great. Wyatt is playing basketball on Saturdays, Jr. Jazz, he is one of the tallest on the team. He really enjoys it. Mckaylee has Dance on Wednesdays and she is so excited for her recital in May. Her dance is to one of the songs off Mamma Mia. Shawn of course is the hard worker that he always is ecspecially lately. They are very busy at work and he has been working 12-14 hrs a day. He loves it though. He has been so great and supporting me in my calling if you have ever been in a presidency of any sort you know what I mean. I wondered at time why I was put in as the Primary President but then every Sunday when I see those kids and listen to them sing and their talks I know why I love my calling. I hope all is well with everyone.
