Week #2 done and over with. Monday we did punching bags. Wow! Never thought I could get such a work out punching and kicking the crap out of something. But I did enjoy it. Wednesday, Wednesday, Wednesday, killed me. It was Turbo/Toning, you do one for 2 minutes then switch to the next one for the whole 45 minutes. But if they blew the whistle you stopped and did burpee's (if you don't know what these are be thankful) until the whistle blew again. Let's just say I hat the whistle. Friday we worked out outside for the whole hour. Ladders, Sprints, running, lifting, oh and every morning we run 1 mile for a "warm up". Yes this has been very physically exhausting but I till love it. Shawn still thinks I'm crazy too!!!Saturday, January 29, 2011

~Boot Camp~
My new favorite place. I started boot camp one week ago. It goes on for 6 weeks, 3 times a week for 6 weeks. Trust me, the hard part is not getting up at 5:10 in the morning to go, it's the following day when I have to get out of bed and make my muscle work. It has been brutal but lots of fun. Shawn laughs at me when I can barelly move but it will all be worth it in the long run! Monday, Wednesday, and Friday we do different things. It's never the same and we never know what to expect. I have already dropped 4.6 pounds in the first week. Eating 1600 calories and day and drinking lots of fluid. Still have a hard time with calories when we go out to diner but they give you a book that gives you great options to choose from at tons of different restaurants in the valley. My goal is to post a new post each week!

So I crocheted many scarfs for Christmas and these are some of the hats I have made lately! I have even used the flowers for cute hair clips for Mckaylee! Lots of fun!
