He is so excited also to be 8. He great this really great Dirt Bike shirt and was so excited to wear it. Thanks Grandma Debi! He also received new Sunday clothes which he can wear for his Baptism. Yeah! He will also start Cub Scouts next week which he is so excited about also. Grandma and Grandpa Pickett Gave him a new basketball and bike pegs for his birthday. On Saturday we were down there all down and I could not get him to separate from it. He even wanted to take it into the movie with him.

Birthdays All Around!!

Look Who Turned 8!!!
She is so excited to finally have her ears pierced. I surprised her and didn't tell her till we got there. Always afraid of the "over dramatic" at this age. She did great we only had a few tears. Now she can't wait to try different earrings. She also got a new outfit from Grandma and Grandpa Willis. Grandma and Grandpa Pickett gave her a new jewelry box with earring she can wear. She feels she is all grown up now!!

Halloween

Grandma Davis took this cure picture of our Family!!

Grandpa Johnny and Grandma Debi drove up to see for Halloween. We loved seeing them and spending some quality time with them. They stayed for dinner and then went to our Ward Halloween Trunk or Treat!! Thanks Grandma and Grandpa for coming up!!

Aggies Homecoming Parade

Mckaylee takes dance lessons at LaShar's and absolutely loves it. She has made a lot of new friends. This is Anna who lives down the street from us that she takes lessons with.

Parade Happy!! She loved every minute of it.

Here is all the grandchildren together at Bear Country. Two of little cousins weren't there but we missed them a lote.

This is a rare Albino Buffalo.
Can you say "Minature Donkey's Everywhere"!

"Jaba the Bear"
This picture shows you how close we were to the bears!!

Bear Country

This is one of the 40-50 bears that we saw. He just sat and stared at all of the cars as everybody drove by.
Mountain goats are all over in South Dakota, we saw them in Mt. Rushmore also.
This is one of the many wolfs that ran past our car. Shawn happen to have his window half way down when this wolf came high tailin' past our car. It scared him really good.

These two bull Elk fought for a good 10 minutes. They were about 20 yards from our car.

Crazy Horse Monument

This is at the "Crazy Horse Monument." We are standing in front of the original sculpture that the artist had made as the replica. If you look very hard you can see the Crazy Horse carved in the mountain behind us. It was really a good learning experience for all of us. The mountain is all granite and the kids were able to take home a rock from the mountain. They are in our flower bed in the front yard.

It was a beautiful day. We were able to just wear our jackets instead of our heavy coats. This was a neat place for the kids. They learned about the Native Americans. We were able to see hand made jewelery, jackets, arrowheads, and original bow and arrows that were donated to the museum.
