This is at the "Crazy Horse Monument." We are standing in front of the original sculpture that the artist had made as the replica. If you look very hard you can see the Crazy Horse carved in the mountain behind us. It was really a good learning experience for all of us. The mountain is all granite and the kids were able to take home a rock from the mountain. They are in our flower bed in the front yard.
It was a beautiful day. We were able to just wear our jackets instead of our heavy coats. This was a neat place for the kids. They learned about the Native Americans. We were able to see hand made jewelery, jackets, arrowheads, and original bow and arrows that were donated to the museum.

Finally got it!!
I have finally got this under control. Today, about 2 hours ago, we just arrived home from a 2,000 mile round trip with the Pickett family to Rapid City, South Dakota. It was an absolute riot. Pictures will be posted soon!
